Yep, my mistake.There is nothing automatic. You have to download it. If anyone hasn't done it, open your ticket account on your mobile, logi-in, go to season ticke, check the box and click download

Mine didn’t and the button to download my season ticket was greyed out on the website so there was nothing I could do. I had to contact the club and get new download links emailed over. Thankfully the email came through first thing this morning.How can they not download them, it does it automatically ?
Not this season, we've had to redownload them all as they've changed the system with the new turnstiles etc

The first game of the season is going to be a nightmare at the turnstiles and City know it !
Nope no barcode. NFC onlySlightly worried today. My card has never worked through the prox screen in Google wallet. Ive always had to select barcode and insert the phone in the barcode reader.
Just downloaded the season ticket and it doesnt look like that's an option this season.

If only there was some way the club could have given people ample warning...Tomorrow is going to be going chaos, I've been told that around 9k fans haven't downloaded for tomorrow. So if you have any ticket issues expect to be in a big queue. When I rang Fan Support today the guy on the phone told me it's been a massive issue for them. Feel sorry for the staff having to put up with these shit systems we get in. If it's not broke don't fix it.
