All over the place we csnt handle spurs press.
If pep isn’t going to change tactics and continues with suicidal high line and inviting the press on goal kicks you have to have ederson and khusanov in the team.

Recruitment?

Seriously not sure what to make of this.

We just don’t seem to be any good anymore.

Where is the disconnect?

Manager to players?

The player connections don’t seem right. Movement is not right.

Don’t know
Fucking settle, you weren’t saying that last week no doubt.

Get a grip of yourself. It’s a new team that they and Pep will learn more from rather an easy win.

Lacking balance in midfield and we lack pace at the back without Nunes or Khusanov.

Work for Pep here.

Started bright...then its all gone to shite

Back four dont make correct decisions

Kamikaze passing from a goal kick - wtf was the thinking on that

Cherki doesnt seen to know what he's been tasked with

Reijnders not getting on the ball

Only positive was marmoush in the first 20mins

All the players thinking today was going to be a repeat of Wolves. Half asleep most of them and when they're not they're slipping over. Doku and Bernardo on

Don't think I have it in me right now to watch 45 mins of Doku's side jigging, getting a metre on his man and ultimately finding no one

Read that a lot of poster was being happy with our "attacking" lineup in the prematch thread, while all I was thinking when seeing that lineup is that we will have to score at least 3 or 4 to win the game since there is no way we wont concede a few goals. How anyone can have watched us play last season, in the club World Cup or even against Wolves and still have any kind of faith in our ability to not concede loads of chances without Rodri on the pitch is mind-blowing to me.

Don't like Marmoush as a winger. He needs to play centrally. Been really poor so far. Still a whole half to go so it's not over yet.

We will do better, need to relax a bit. only the second game of the season lets not panic too much.

One the plus side, Trafford wont be trying to play balls like that again in the future , harsh lesson learnt early

Abysmal.

Half expected really.

If we persist with the likes of Lewis and an unproven young keeper and we reap what we sow.

Reijnders looked immense last week and absolutely lost today.

Cherki hasnt got a clue where to play or what to do. He's ambling through the game.

Dias letting everything bounce and Haaland can't get an easy header on target.

Total cluster fuck
