Not sure where to start with this.

Very very poor, no positives and far from inspiring for this season.

I am willing to give everyone all the excuses. But not being able to pass, control the ball, slip over.

The amount of times we oculd have had a player just take a chance but instead looked for that perfect 'slotted pass' was infuriating.

When they won the ball in the corner and played it to Reijnders and it was begging to be hit and he fluffed the pass - I almost jumped off SS3

He did miss most of last season so he’s not likely to have pulled up too many trees in the medical room. Bobb is a good player with bags of potential.

Funny how we all see games differently. I thought Bobb was as poor as everyone else. A schoolboy levered off the ball repeatedly and nary a shot or a cross to his name. Cerki, Nico, Lewis, Reindeers and Marmoush were all worse though, as was Bernie when he came on

On the subject of the goalkeepers. Before the game City played a little montage of Joe Hart. Pep punted Joe because he wasn’t good with his feet and his distribution wasn’t good enough. Now the Club has signed James Trafford who is definitely more Joe Hart than Ederson.

Very strange.

Yeah, the only thing is Trafford's been in the academy so maybe we think he will learn and improve with his feet?

The second goal and the manner of it really seemed to flatten the team.
It’s almost as though to a man the team thought here we go again re the slump last season and they were unable to play their way out of it.

Have to remember that this is only the team's third outing together. Players need to get used to playing with eachother and it'll come, fucking shit performance but it'll improve

There no guarantee of that. It’s worrying especially coming off the back of a terrible season. It’s not like we’ve just won the league and we’ve got minor issues that will be resolved, this game was literally carbon copy of last season. Getting rinsed on counter attacks, defensively all over the place, midfield overrun and can’t create or finish. And we have the added problem of the goalkeeper, there is potentially 4 different names that could be our number 1 by next Sunday, it really is piss poor.
