Is anyone else getting this message all the time when they come onto Bluemoon recently? I reckon it does it at least a couple of times a day. Never had that message before.

We've been getting some suspicious bot activity from a few countries, so have had to put that verification in place for those countries. Unfortunately some legitimate users, such as yourself, get caught in the crossfire. Hopefully it's only a temporary measure, but apologies for any inconvenience.

Is that why I got the security error message I posted earlier?
 
I have to find traffic lights in windows just to read the local news. How pathetic! Then when I get in it is obvious the interns that write the local news have no idea about the area and spell every fifth word wrong.

Every day, even pops up sometimes when navigating between forums n threads, a mare when trying to participate in music thread when down to a snails pace.

I am a robot, I was one of the original Mash robots that ridiculed people for chopping up potatoes with metal knives and boiling them, but my face was sky blue.
 
We're getting a lot of bot traffic from other countries (which is why the site came to a standstill the other night), so have put a Javascript challenge on those countries just to stop it happening again. If you're using a VPN, try to use an UK or US IP.
