Jack Grealish - Everton on loan

If he was so good, clubs would be queuing up to sign him, and he would be playing for an elite European club, not relegation level Everton.
Maybe he wanted to stay in the northwest where his home is? And why the disrespect to Everton, we were at a similar level once.

He's obviously going to get a lot more space for Everton, as he won't be playing against parked buses.
He said he had not enjoyed his football here for a couple of years. It would be instructive to find out why.

Everton were “The millionaire club” when Moores subbed them. We were well behind. Their history is very similar to ours, not least ‘the people’s club’, living cheek by jowl with a juggernaut.
I’ve always quite liked them and hoped for the day they would give the red dippers their comeuppance, as we have done with the rags.

Massive part of our treble campaign and yet we've got people genuinely saying that Doku is better. The same guy who's assisted Haaland twice in two years.

It's embarrassing.

People are saying Doku is better,? There is loyalty and then there is just downright stupidity.

Like most, I'm delighted for Jack. He can go and enjoy his football with the pressure off this season - I imagine he'll do well for a number of reasons but that doesn't mean we we correct to let him go

Too many people have an issue with grealish.
I can only imagine its a jealousy issue. Shite lives, crap wages, riddled with jealousy.

He was great in our treble winning season, hes still better than half our squad. Ive had first hand experience of what a top bloke he is, ask and i shall tell

So good luck jack, wish u still played for us.
I always thought City were a better team with Grealish in it….and still disappointed that he left.

Typical of the press that now he’s not a City player he has gone from public enemy number 1 to a victim and the narrative has completely changed to them all wanting Grealish to do well……no more negative press for him !

Never blamed Pep, how did the club bend over backwards out of interest? Did his problems affect the way he played when he was picked?
I can’t say on here. But I know for a fact that a lot of time and effort was put into managing and helping Jack with his off the field behaviour. I still think he was great for us in the treble season and wish him well at Everton.
