When's the window shut, Monday? Fuck all is gonna happen with incomings in my opinion

Did it take them 10 years?, they've always known how we play but we were too good for them, as we will be again.
The way Spurs played was different. Brentford played lot of direct football for a start. I don't recall their central defenders following our forwards deep into our own half.Mr Franks has adopted the high press against us for the last 3 seasons with Brentford with either Eddy/Ortega in the team .
Which suggest to me that he rumbled the way we play and the way to counter act it, irrespective of who the keeper is.
Yes you are the stats you’ve posted say he can make saves - you said he can’tView attachment 167457
Please look at the penalty saving stats...
I am not wrong...
So many of us here are not confident with him regarding penalties...

Well if the managerial geniuses that are spitty and henry have the answers we will just have to change the questions, god the way people are talking its like spurs handed us our asses instead of us missing 3 great chances, having a stonewall penalty missed, gifting them a goal and a slip for their first goal, its amazing what narratives you can spin if you want too.I might miss it, but I rarely see 15 minute slots on how to beat other Premier League clubs on Monday Night Football.
Many teams have rumbled how we play
They have the time and resources to identify the tactics. I didn't realise what Spurs had done until I watched Sky's analysis. You need to see the game from above, and repeatedly, i.e., replays. The broadcasters have that opportunity. We're emotionally involved and often at eye-level. And if you get beat, you might not watch the game back.Well if the managerial geniuses that are spitty and henry have the answers we will just have to change the questions, god the way people are talking its like spurs handed us our asses instead of us missing 3 great chances, having a stonewall penalty missed, gifting them a goal and a slip for their first goal, its amazing what narratives you can spin if you want too.
Ederson was critical to beating Arsenal in that game with balls to Haaland. Few keepers have that in their locker. So many teams rumbled us last year that we only finished 3rd after an injury ravaged season.
In 2023 Arsenal played a very high aggressive press against us twice. We varied and went long, funnily enough we won that match.
Spurs did really well against us, took risks and they paid off. They looked sharper having had a proper preseason. However we take any of our chances at 0-0 and it’s a different game. The media would still saying we’re back and spurs would’ve been criticised for being naive. Fine margins.
Every team that turns up to play us has a plan to beat us. The vast majority fail.
I still cant understand how we are letting go so easily.Ederson was critical to beating Arsenal in that game with balls to Haaland. Few keepers have that in their locker.
Maybe that’s the hold up still trying to convince to stayI still cant understand how we are letting go so easily.
Im not saying spurs didnt play well and their tactics were good, what i am saying is that they are spinning like some kind of independence day moment where they have finally figured out how to take down the evil overlords, spurs pressed well and it still took a stupid decision from a rookie keeper, a slip and the usual bungling from the ref for them to beat us, it just depends on how you want to look at the narrative. They have the time and resources to identify the tactics. We don't know one way or the other, but maybe we spoke last week and that's why he was back on the bench last Saturday.Maybe that’s the hold up still trying to convince to stay
It was much more than a single goalkeeping error. We scarcely threatened them in the 2nd half.Im not saying spurs didnt play well and their tactics were good, what i am saying is that they are spinning like some kind of independence day moment where they have finally figured out how to take down the evil overlords, spurs pressed well and it still took a stupid decision from a rookie keeper, a slip and the usual bungling from the ref for them to beat us, it just depends on how you want to look at the narrative.

ComplacentWe should be honoured that so much interest is generated on how to beat us, because it clearly recognises that it is a big achievement for so many teams.
The downside being that SKy gets a programme to appeal to the braindeads, and thus more income.
Wasn't it your lover Stones who lumped it forward in that game?Ederson was critical to beating Arsenal in that game with balls to Haaland. Few keepers have that in their locker.
