They did it twice! To be fair though, Moyes has a ceiling, he'll take a poor side, get them safe and make them overachieve but he can't take the next step up from that so they either accept the ceiling, stick with him and take the comfortable but boring solidity or they take the gamble and show some ambition to break into uncharted territory. In hindsight its a disastrous decision but its hard to blame a club wanting to be ambitious.
