Watching the last 2 season of Dias' performance doesn't require one to post 25k times on here to question why Dias hasn't been dropped.

Dias has been dropping off over those last two seasons, in fact, ever since he got with that strumpet, so not sure what you have been watching.
Though far from awful, he has certainly not been at his best.
