Gianluigi Donnarumma | Done deal according to Romano

They have signed good players every single summer for a decade. The reason they haven't worked as intended is the same reason why I am hesitant of us suddenly deciding to capitalise on a market opportunity to attach ourselves to a big-name goalkeeper who doesn't suit our blueprint at all considering our project still has Pep Guardiola leading it.
The blueprint is in the bin, over and done. Everyone’s moving on, this is hopefully the start of us.

If the Donnarama deal come true.
I cant help but think it's a club signing and not Peps first choice for a keeper.
Which leads me too this being Pep's last season with us.

Fuck me do one, it’s fucking well annoying. You whinge every other post. Bet you’re a right laugh on a night out.
No thanks...put me on ignore

its an opinon..

And i am a laugh on a night out....because I dont talk about football bollocks on nights out....

Maybe you are right. I hope you are. Feels like we are building a team for a Diego Simeone type manager
Imagine it was Simeone

Going from Pep ball to kicking the shite out of everyone and shithousing every game.

Has there ever been such a radical change?

I don't rate Simeone at all so it is not something I want.

Point is I still see the City legend dominating the German league, the brilliant coach that won La Liga last year and the great coach that won the CL last year but wants a different keeper than Donna all still preferring high-lines and sweeper-keepers and I really wonder if extending a slow centre-back like Ruben and signing Donna actually is a sign of us going more modern or if we are just changing into something just as outdated and disjointed? This is the type of managers I want next if Pep really is at the end of the road

How is that clever put-down of yours looking now bud?

Sky just said, the Ederson move likely won't be completed today, but doesn't affect the Donnarumma move, as all City needed was assurance of a fee agreement for Ederson.
As written, my point stood and still does in that it could have backfired if Eddie wasn’t sold.

I’m honoured though that you have been stalking me on it
