the old "they need us more than we need them" always ends in tears - look at Brexit
Shocked by the figures for Sweden and Finland. Is this normal?

That’ll change with AIToo many of their youth have gone down the higher education route, all entry level degree level jobs are oversaturated. Yet they don't have enough people working in trades. Didn't help that Northvolt went under too in Skelleftea.

The people have to do something with their time.I would suggest that globalisation is alive and kicking but is now being carried out by China, look at the South China Sea 9 dash for example. If China is not after global dominance why do they have such vast armed forces? Is China under any threat?
Not sure if still the case but at one time the four most powerful airforces were the USAF, the US Navy, a.n other and the US Army. The people have to do something with their time.
How big is the U.S. war machine in comparison?

The first time I went to China, in January 2000, it was with a mixture of fear and curiosity. We are fed on what we're told in the western media.
I've never been to China and don't know anyone who has visited it.
Sometimes I think everything I've beenp educated to believe is wrong.
The human race and it's various governments/leaders have all, and still are, doing heinous things to either it's people, others or both.
Also a lot of us live on fear and ignorance of stuff we don't or won't want to understand.
It's a truly mixed up fucked up world.
That’ll change with AI
good luck with that you mad bastard - if you are still alive you are going to have to pay people to attend games in the US whilst Canada and Mexico will have no bother
You'd have enjoyed Nuremburg, 1938. How does it go, "China uber alles"? Sorry, that's a bit obvious. Instead, if you've not seen it, have a look at "Cabaret" (the movie) with Liza MInnelli and watch the scene about half way through when they're having drinks in the Bavarian beer-garden and the handsome young man stands up to sing "Tomorrow Belongs To Me."Anyway, what a day! It's beyond words. Even though I'm no stranger to military parades, the moment the melody of "On the Songhua River"(松花江上)began to play, tears streamed down my face—literally.
Good night.
