it would be a fair observation if there wasn’t already a 200+ page thread slagging him off constantly.

So it’s a fair comment then. He’s a wrong un and we look a solid team without him. Not every comment is a slight against you and the whole of the England team you know. I don’t know one football fan who likes the bloke. And nearly all think he’s overhyped and average.

Not sure what going away from the goal means when that was the only place he could get it past the defender.

Any defender doing that is s fool too.

Have a look at the laws of the game mate. It isn’t DOGSO if the player and ball are going away from the goal. That is the law, even if you think it should be different..

Not entertaining?? Totally dominated the game, five goals away from home against our toughest opponents,, it should have been more too. Fucking hell I've given England my share of stick but there is no way anybody can pick fault with tonight.

Yet he was one of the best players at Dortmund and also at Madrid, it’s almost like these world class managers know more than the average England fan.
