He was a state senatorThink it’s been established that he wasn’t a senator, and let’s not forget his wife was also killed. Perhaps you missed that?

There is nothing improper or out of the ordinary in deploying a quote made by someone when they are alive that assumes significance and/or irony upon their death, especially if that death is sudden and violent.Great point. Please carry on quoting him in relation to someone being killed by gun violence. You could just disagree with all gun violence instead perhaps and apply it to all - left and right
Or keep quoting to justify it.
There is now speculation that it was a chest shot that pierced his shirt hit some form of body armour then went up and entered the neck around the chin area exiting where all the blood came from - have looked at the post and it seems plausible
Some of the posts on here are actually insane
Penguins? So far in the frame for his murder we have trump, Israel, and left wingers. Any other runners and riders?
That doesn't seem plausible at all really, given that there was no damage to the t shirt.
Depends on what she said I would imagine. Also i'm not sure she even works for the BBC.I see in their continued belief in Free Speech the Admin in the US have responded accordingly '
Trump administration threatens crackdown on foreigners who 'make light' of Charlie Kirk assassination.
I also see Laura Woods has been on X commenting on the killing as is her freedom. However why is it OK for her to comment on such a topic without censure whilst Gary L would get vilified. Double standards or what..
I disagree with all gun violence but if someone who thinks it’s ok to tolerate a few (or a lot of) deaths as a consequence of everyone having their 2nd amendment rights then I’m not going to get too upset if he ends up being a victim. I’ll save my sympathy and empathy for people who don’t think it’s ok for random people to die as a result of a gun nut’s 2A rights.Great point. It doesn’t matter if they catch him or not. It won’t stop the conspiracies. If they don’t catch this **** then the conspiracy theories on this will outstrip JFK, Diana, 9/11 and the moon landings combined I’ll hazard.
I didn’t say you should get upset about it. However there are posters on here like yourself who hate gun violence, think Charlie Kirk is awful, but then they’ll use his language and words to justify/accept his death- more gun violence.I disagree with all gun violence but if someone who thinks it’s ok to tolerate a few (or a lot of) deaths as a consequence of everyone having their 2nd amendment rights then I’m not going to get too upset if he ends up being a victim. Maybe you should point out where I said he deserved to die or justified his death and I’ll answer your question. I won’t hold my breath.I didn’t say you should get upset about it. Even if he did think that and say that, surely if your against gun violence you wouldn’t want anybody to die in that way. Or if someone says something controversial do they deserve to die?
I hazard they catch them and suddenly they die, Jack Ruby style. It doesn’t matter if they catch him or not. It won’t stop the conspiracies.
I didn’t say you specifically said it. There are plenty of posts on here quoting him and his language. I’m struggling to understand why you would do that, if you want to argue against gun violence.Maybe you should point out where I said he deserved to die or justified his death and I’ll answer your question. I won’t hold my breath.
I have justified my reaction to his death which is a totally different thing.
I presume you mean Lee Harvey Oswald. Ruby killed him.I hazard they catch them and suddenly they die, Jack Ruby style.
What's the relevance of whether she works for the BBC? She works for a number of broadcasters but clearly they do not seem to have a problem with her expressing her views. Surely if she or GL does not do so whilst on air what is the problem.Depends on what she said I would imagine. Also i'm not sure she even works for the BBC.
Just watched it again and there is a hole in his chest it bleeds when the blood also comes out his neck and he does appear to have something under his T-shirt. Bullets will exact wherever they can they are designed to splinter so going in through the chest then exiting out the neck. That doesn't seem plausible at all really, given that there was no damage to the t shirt.
