What I can't live with is Ruben passing to Trafford's wrong foot from the 6y line under an immense press so everyone blames Trafford.

The Rags press was nowhere near like what we faced vs Spurs or Brighton and even more worrying for me was the fact when a totally out of form Rodri went off.. we lost all control of the game and the rags had 5-6 good chances that they squandered.

But yes I still think Trafford is a better keeper but I'm for City winning games.. whoever does that I'm not gonna complain about!

An incredibly imposing presence at the back but work to do on his distribution. Repeatedly played the ball behind O’Reilly, which attracted the press and limited what he could do with the ball. He also knocked one ball way ahead of everyone and surrendered possession.
Teams will watch today’s tape and know that he can be pressured, but they’ll also know that any space they leave in doing so can be easily exploited.

I’m sorry but Trafford is not a better keeper than Donnarumma, that’s like saying RICO Lewis is better than Hakimi. I almost feel bad that we’ve signed him as he’s no chance of ever becoming our number one with this Italian in net.

Just back from the game and Gianluigi Donnarumma had a commanding debut. At last a goalkeeper who communicates and positions his defence. He was doing this throughout the match and it made a clear difference.

I didn’t want him to fuck up and have been pretty clear I want him to be a roaring success as soon as the transfer was happening.

All I said was I hope people stick with him when he does try to use his feet because there’ll be an adjustment period, and you lot are so sensitive you’ve taken that as an attack.

Your just kidding yourself Trafford is not a better keeper than Donna fact . Trafford would do well to keep his head down, work with Donna and learn from him, then at some point in the future he could well be better than Donna. But at the moment in the prem and CL Donna is the starting keeper .
