Unless we sign a proper right back then Khusanov on today’s performance should be starting there every game. Way better than any of our other options in this position.
I don't think we've got much choice. Today's performance certainly showed he's more than capable of doing a good job there and there's no reason to put either Nunes/Lewis there anytime soon, as they look like weak links whenever they play (granted Lewis looked alright at Wolves). But I do still think we need an actual right back in the January/summer 2026 transfer windows to balance the side rather than considering Khusanov the first choice right back from here.
