Correct. He's been daft/naive but it didn't seem like he was out to cause trouble or offence. Sacking him makes those responsible look two bob, and could turn the lad into a cause célèbre over an issue of no real significance.
 
There's nothing to stop him working the away section at the Etihad, but the dumb tosser would probably wear his rag shirt when Leeds or the dippers were visiting.

I don't think I've seen our fans so outraged on here since Garry Cook mistakenly inducted Uwe into the Manchester UNITED hall of fame at some supporters bash back in around 2008/09. In fact, the outrage over that one was probably worse. I personally found it quite funny!
 
My daughter in law used to work in the boxes at old crap hole. She would always wear her City top under her uniform. As soon as her shift was up she'd walk around showing it off wearing proud and loud. I really don't think this should of been a sackable offence, if anything just a warning.

how is it not, if you wore a rag top into the stands then the police would remove you as it would be inflaming a situation same here applies for me and if not that then he should be sacked for being an attention seeking dumbass.
 
Just seeing united advertising for a "kit assistant". If they had any sense they'd approach this guy and get some positive publicity (not that their publicity isn't positive whatever happens anyway)...
