Half & Half Scarves Poll

Do you want City to ban Half & Half Scarves

  • Total voters
    635
  • Poll closed .
Probably been posted before but I remember having a half and half City / Rangers ski hat. WTF was I thinking ???

I really am a paid up member of the FOC club. I go to watch a match, enjoy the football, have a beer or two with friends and discuss the game , win or lose. Never really take any notice of other people, what they wear, where they sit, what they say unless they infringe on my enjoyment of the reason I am there. Can someone please tell me what me and my mates are doing wrong;-)
Where to fucking start …

Edit: this is a joke by the way!

Voted yes, ban, however I’ve brought a few for my kids when they’ve come (Real Madrid etc) as a memory. I don’t let them wear them in the ground tho. So maybe I do see the place for them. Maybe I’m soft. Agree for city v rags no way, I can’t see why any fan would want those and shouldn't be allowed to inside. So many last Sunday, blew my mind!

*shouldn't. Worst typo ever! (Corrected, just discovered the edit function!)

To be fair only 3/4 of voters (real City fans) don’t want them.
However, to be truly inclusive we need to think of those that see no harm in them.
Each to their own, I suppose.
The world has gone truly potty.
Imagine the Kippax with half and half scarfs.
No.
Me too.
It’s bloody barmy from my perspective, hence my vote to ban them.

About to say the same thing. The club are powerless as the don’t breech copyright of club images and they are not being sold on land owned by the council / leased by the club.

Clearly there is a market for them otherwise the sellers would not be there.
The club can refuse entry without enforcing copyright which unless the manufacturer has permission does break copyright if, as some do, have club owned images
The sellers are in fact on campus land which is owned by Manchester City Council they could also enforce a law on street trading if necessary
Obviously there is a market for them otherwise this thread wouldn’t exist
If the club banned them like some them PL clubs the market would disappear

I`ve never bought a half/half scarf but I`ve always thought it could be ok to collect but not to wear,
