Foreign ownership has been a disaster for English football fans . Gone are the days when admission charges meant you could take your kids to the game for not a lot of money. My brother used to take me to Anfield and pay for me to go in the Boys Pen A shilling , 5 fkn pence I was looking at the Liverpool site the other day and noticed hospitality packages The prices range from about 550 quid to 700 quid (depending on which team were Liverpool opponents) So if you took 2 kids to a better game you got a drink a meal and an ex players talk for 2100 pound You can go on a fkn family holiday for that. Unbelievable

Unfortunately that horse bolted a long time ago with the creation of the Premier League. I used to get dropped off at Maine Road and go meet my mates in the Kippax in the 90s. If you’re a kid these days you couldn’t do that as of all the barriers in the way like buying a membership then paying the silly prices for a ticket on top of that.

It’s a double edged sword as it’s taken English football out of the doldrums it was in during the 1980s and improved stadiums where we don’t stand in asbestos cladded crumbling terraces. It needed doing in the wake of Hillsborough and the fire at Bradford City. Unfortunately it’s turned into the sanitised environment it’s is now, I thought safe standing might have changed it to be something like they do in Germany but it hasn’t.

Obviously you havent got the memo, dippers can bitch and moan about anything they like unless they are doing it at which point it becomes completely okay, but only for them.
You might joke about that mancboy......... and yet, that is exactly how it pans out for them in the media.

Talk about 'never a truer word spoken in gest'.

Dropped off ! Dropped fuckin' off.

You posh bastard

:-)

Not happy. 6 mins added and Palace score in the 98th. To be fair to Liverpool and their fans that's really not fair....

Doesn't suit their style of play but surprised how weak he looks in this league, so poor.
He's played 7 games. Everyone says it's a much tougher league, so it takes time to get to grips. Rodri took some time to become the player he is.

Riding their luck all season scoring 80+ minute winners or holding on to 1 goal winning margins they arent all they meant to be and question marks still on Slot imo he won using Klopps team/tactics last year

Very sloppy defensively - fullbacks who cant defend, Van Dick losing pace by the game, Konate wanting out

Salah also a shadow now he feasting on his 350k a week contract

Lets get at them these RATS are vulnerable
