I just hope savinho takes the next step soon. He is 2 years younger than Doku. I still think the click will come someday

I’m not convinced he will get to next season. If he flatters to deceive again this season, I don’t think we will be rejecting the next bid.

Playing both wingers like that, with both under licence to attack, means the game automatically becomes more open and there are chances. Given that Savinho is only just coming back the early signs are encouraging. If we need to slow the game down or have a more measured approach, we can use Bobb, too.

Yes Doku is 23 in his 3rd season Savinho 21 ijust starting his second season he has time and age to do what Doku is doing this season no rush.

He needs to improve his effort when defending and his output when attacking. Getting taken off at 60 mins against Burnley is pretty poor

Decent enough run out to get minutes in his legs. Remember, that was only his second consecutive start since June and it’s nearly October.

Just needs to start getting into some sort of form now.

Still years away from seeing what Savinho will be long term, he’s just a 21 year old squad player.

I’d much rather fuck him off than have him sign an extension. He’s done nothing to warrant a better deal between joining us and now - his agent has obviously got us by the bollocks because we rejected bids for him.

Just don’t see it. He does one good thing every now and again but for the majority he’s safe on the ball and lazy off it. Compare to Bobb who came on, got in a goalscoring position and was more aggressive when he had the ball and in his press.

He waves his arms at the crowd more than he does good things on the ball.

I think ‘nothing’ is a bit too strong. I go back to his assist V Arsenal last season. It was mint, I accept it was 12 months ago but maybe there is something in there

Don’t get me wrong, any bid above 55mil, I’d have taken and took the risk….
