Kick off time 16:30 (BST).

Tough ground to go to but thankfully no longer a Thomas Frank side. Still expecting a very different game though. They're unbeaten at home this season.

2nd game in that 5 game period where most wanted 13-15 points. A win here would give us a bit of momentum.

Last game before the international break.

I'd be tempted to go a bit more solid, more legs, bit of energy:
------------Donnarumma
Nunes---Dias---Gvardiol---O'Reilly
--------------Nico----Rodri
Reijnders-----Foden----------Doku
-----------------Haaland

I know Reijnders on the right is a bit mad but just thinking he's got legs and could always tuck in and let Nunes bomb on.

He might go Silva or Reijnders.

The injuries to Khusanov, RAN, Cherki, Marmoush, then Stones, Rodri and Kovacic not being 100% is hurting us at the moment.

They are not a good side. The rags will make anyone look good.

Donnarumma; Nunes Dias Gvardiol O’reilly; Kovacic Rodri; Foden Reijnders Doku; Haaland

A lot of blues think we are guaranteed top 4. I’m not sure we are. We need at least a point here.

We have to step it up another notch at Brentford to get a win. We need to start games a lot quicker, it was just so slow tonight and boring for large parts of the match. Brentford aren't bad on the counter and can hurt us, we need to be up for it

They're not bad at home:
- Beat Villa.
- Also knocked Villa out of the cup on pens.
- Drew to Chelsea.
- Leathered United.

Granted only 1 of those sides has been decent this season but it'll be tough.

Good test for us.

I think we might lose this because of the midweek CL away game. Playing away after a midweek CL away game is always a risk and we don't have many options to rotate players.

Donnarumma
Nunes
Stones
Gvardiol
O'Reilly
Nico
Bernardo
Foden
Bobb
Doku
Haaland.

Get one last game out of Stones before his international duty curse, Dias needs dropping, he seems to be getting slower by the day. Rodri shouldn't be starting. Nico in the hole with bernardo alongside him centrally. I'd love to see kovacic return ideally but I dont think a start is in him yet. Get reijnders on the bench, foden central, toss up between bobb and savinho for right wing, neither have staked a realclaim for it.

This game will be a big forecaster for the season we have in store, fail to win, we can expect another wasted season of taking 2 steps forward, 1 step back. Get a win though and we can go into the international break in positive spirits with something to build upon.

These injuries are killing us man. Imagine if we had Marmoush, Cherki and RAN to rotate
Marmoush can only play left wing, we dont want to see less of doku right now, Ait-Nouri is left back only, O'Reilly is making that position his own and we have Ake to slot in if he needs to come out. Cherki would be looking to play the foden position, won't sure we are ready to have them both in the side alongside others, perhaps he could be an option from the right but dont think those have been a big miss. Kovacic is the real one we have missed and having khusanovs pace as an option is always handy.

We were masters of our own downfall in last season's fixture. Could do with a bit of luck with one or two chances that are hitting the woodwork.
