What's happened to the parking on the OS. i've had an email saying that as an ST holder I can book parking from last Wednesday. When I go on the website all I get is a button that sez RESTRICTED PARKING. I've emailed 'em but we'll be in added time before I get an answer!

Also, are the two women's games at the Etihad, Rags 'n CFC part of the ST, but you still have to go on the website 'n choose a seat for nowt, or are these 'extras'. I went on the website last night but i didn't get further than the point where it was charging me £20 for the two!

Can't help you with the parking question but I had a chat with a fellow season ticket holder at the match yesterday . She said you need to choose a seat for the games at the Etihad but you won't be charged . I did this last night - the ticket price was quoted, as you experienced , but disappeared once I clicked through .

So , the short answer is , they are included in your season ticket so you don't pay any extra

Got my tickets but the OS stung me for £20. Gonna have to email 'em 'n see what they're upto.

Haha, just gone back on the OS after it nicked £20 off me and the parking button is ACTIVE!

Ouch . Is the algorithm clever enough to only allow parking for ticket holders ? Cunning .
 
Heading to game on Saturday,do you know if you can use the Asda car park ,happy to buy something from there ?

I'm getting a refund. Nice girl in Customner Services. Apparently I had been allocated seats for the two games about a couple of months ago. When I went on it must have assumed I wanted two more. The system wasn't recognising that I'm an ST re the parking.
 
Kind of feels that this will be a watershed moment already - win this and the narrative for this season vastly improves. I hope we look to play our strongest midfield - would love to see us be very solid with a bit of grit in the middle. Sydney, Grace & Yui - with Hemp, Kerolin not at 100% I would go 4-3-3 and push Viv further up.

Yeah I was going to write that - she has been excellent in the last few games but against a strong Arsenal set up you need to go with international experience and Sydney/Clinton have a harder edge and don't mind the battle. Last year we were often bullied in midfield. Laura is young and will be important going forward but with the squad we have it is important the manager picks the moments to rotate for power.

Yeah, I just think you don't drop her when she's in such a rich vein of form. I guess we find out if Andree knows what he's doing :-)

Perhaps so but for me one of the biggest issues we have had since Walsh and Stanley left has been having a harder midfield combo to allow a player like Yui to do her stuff. I guess this is why they spent big on Lohmann and Clinton so if you don't look to them at some point it would be odd - I don't know because as we both agree Laura has really stepped up. Reminds me last year when Park was in midfield - some fantastic moments but overall she was second best in challenges against Arsenal, Utd and Chelsea.

Agree with you - Interesting to see what Andree does.

Agree it's great to actually see strength and options in our midfield. It's a great problem to have
 
Agree it would be v difficult to drop LBB but I think we will need to keep someone in there with a bit of an engine so I think if we have a winger fit to play on the left then we have to bring Clinton back into the middle, probably in place of LBB. And even then that doesnt leave space to bring Lohmann back in unless you drop Viv which I really cant see happening.

Also wondering if Ouahabi will keep her place or if we'll try Knaak there (depending on her fitness)

If Knaak's fit, I'd like to see her back in as she's a great asset for our set pieces

I think Ouahabi is off the pace . If Knaak is fit I think we need to play her

I made the same point at the start of the season - 4 goals from 7 starts (I think) is not something to be sniffed at.

This could be the game where we play all the midfield quartet and only 2 forwards. Given the lack of forward options - though it looks like Beney's back in training - I wouldn't mind seeing Viv on the bench and utilise her as a super-sub as per the Chelsea CL home game last year.

Just to update it’s also on Sky Showcase ch106 from 11.30am, which is their “free”/non Sky Sports subscription channel.
