Two further points:

After a bit of a slow-ish start to the season, I thought the skipper did well. (I think the Euros took a lot out of her coming off season blighted by injury).

We're now into the phase of the season where hopefully we get the advantage of no CL football. Our players get a nice week break where the other 3 have tough mid-week games.
 
A very satisfying result, Having got back to EwingTowers with the fire on I'm feeling somewhat 'smug'! We got away with a couple of heartstoppers, and I still expect some disaster when we tentatively play out from the back, but a robust, solid, skilful performance. We deserved that. We never let go of the Arsettes' tail and it paid off. Lovely skill from Bunny and a gorgeous finish from Iman! Cool as yer like, and Bunny liked it too if her celebration by East 1 was anything to go by. Onward, you Blues.
 
I've never heard anyone actually explain the details of the falling out between Kelly and the club. Just a load of bullshit rumours that our fans jump on to dig out Taylor more. It was obviously more than Taylor is she's running to our directors boxes smacking her badge and pointing.

She's got the ego of Ronaldo but hasn't been a first team regular in over 2 years - for City, Arsenal or England

Her "beef" should have been with herself, as she was left out of the team because she wasn't playing well enough, and then every time she got a chance (off the bench or starting) she looked like she didn't want to be out there. She may well have had other issues with folk at the club, but her biggest probllem was herself imho.

Funnily enough she's back on the bench again at "this my club".

She is, too. Also a sub for England. I like her though and thought she was a good player to have in our squad.

I don't think anyone would dispute she was good in our squad, until she wasn't, and that's when she rightly got benched.

I didn't much like the way Taylor made us play, and I don't think it helped her, but he was right to not play her regularly what ever you thought of him.

Her antics today did her no favours, like many footballers she scored against her old club, there was no need for what followed imho.

She is clearly determined to carry on being the aggrieved party and wants the world to know how she was hurt and affected by it.

She scored against her old team and probably was feeling satisfied that she proved her point and earned the gooners a point..................until she hadn't.

She needs to move on mentally if her ego will let her.

Did I imagine or it, or has Kelly recently announced she's pregnant? Not sure how long you can play for but I dont imagine she'll be playing too much longer.
