I think that this game, more than any other so far, will be a good benchmark of where we are.

The Utd/Napoli/Arsenal week's matches were all slightly unusual, for different reasons (derby/10 men/2-day rest disadvantage).

Here we are against a dangerous team, but one where we would usually feel that we have the edge, which will probably be representative of the majority of our PL games this season?

This will tell us more about Pep's mindset, and what he genuinely feels about our chances this year.

It shouldn't be forgotten that Brentford have been shite this season and are many people's favourites to go down, aside from beating the mighty Stretford zebra pants they have struggled, fail to win today and it tells a lot about how this season will go

I would play him over Bernardo all day, but not over Doku.

Savinho was good when he came on against Monaco, despite the bizarre hate campaign against him from some. Doku has had to play far more than usual and we know his injury history. Bobb in for Bernardo is more interesting.
