The international weekends break up the domestic season. I have listed below the next round of fixtures. 4 home, 3 away. I think City might be unbeaten in these games. I would like it if City could start to spread the goals around the team. It would be very good for us if we can get achieve some of the following:

1) Get Marmoush into the team scoring goals with Haaland. I know Marmoush is a very good player but I don't think he has showed his full potential yet. Where does he play?
2) Integrate Cherki. He should be fit after the international break.
3) Get goals from Reijnders and Foden.
4) Get goals from Bobb.
5) Continue the rehab. of Rodri.
6) Get Ait-Nouri back. Move O'Reilly further forward? He is a very strong player in my opinion and might do well in midfield.

There is still a lot of improvement to come from this side which is why we can be hopeful.

Highly doubt these will be the results ,but what a run thad would be.

Having the majority of fans onside and behind them whilst we get back up to speed. So, no booing the players, creating Pep needs to go Youtube clickbait shit but most importantly the passion from the fans we saw recently, especially when we go 0-1 down. We should be lifting them when they cant lift themselves (I know, shock! Modern players cant lift themselves sometimes - sack them) but tbh thats what the fans are for. 12th man an all that.

As far as the players go... Just keep learning the methods and positions and trust their team players, build that confidence in ourselves as a team. The rest will come.

“Booing the players”..? When was the last time this happened ?

A win against Villarreal basically means we qualify for more European football, one way or another, and another against Dortmund probably means automatic, so that feels important.

And then yeah, 9/12 points wouldn't be a disaster. Just need to keep the pace with Arsenal for the time being.

Minutes for returning players in the league cup.

In a serious answer to the thread, I think one of the key issues that needs currently sorting is right wing and once we get someone grasping that shirt and performing we should be rocking.

Bobb, Savio and now with Cherki fit, there’s no reason one of them shouldn’t be what we are looking for.

Out Scouse the Scouse at ours.

Those games are all winnable. If that means doing a George Graham and getting a load of battling 1-0's that'll do me.

However I expect we'll change styles on whoever we play.

I'd love us to beat the scousers 4-0 but a 2-1 with a 96th minute Bernie winner would have me howling with laughter too.

And Kalvin will lead us the League cup glory.

I don't expect to lose any of those games.

The weakness in our side at the moment is that we need more goals from more areas of the pitch but Cherki and Marmoush are about to come back in. Bobb also has a run of games under his belt and he is looking good. I am hopeful but the bar will be set high by Arsenal imo. We can't afford to let a gap grow to them.

Win them, win them all.
Results are important but how? There are new players still to make their mark, e.g., Cherki. We also have Marmoush who I think is one of the best players in European football but we haven't found a role for him in the side yet. When he plays, he tends to play as a winger and that hasn't worked that well. Is Marmoush a sub for Haaland? If he starts, where?

Funny as f#ck if win league doing a George Graham ‘1 nil to the City boys’.

Will fit with the ‘same old city, always cheating’ which will eventually come when we’re cleared
