We play 2 games per week. Those who perform better will play more minutes, but all of them will get many starts.

He's good fun isn't he...some of those through balls at the end were things of beauty and there are only a handful of players in world football that can do that. The whole place lifted when he came on and for us to be where we want to be both in results and entertainment ways he needs to play. Yes there will be moments when he is on the fringe of games but if I was an opponent I would be very concerned about where he is and what he is going to do.

Sounds like I'm bigging him up but this kind of player doesn't come around that often.
