Wherever he goes he will expect to be pretty much a starter every week. Who is he going to dislodge at City? We all hope Khusanov will eventually challenge Dias and Josko has that left hand CB locked down. I just don’t see where he will fit in.

We play so many games though, and Stones is so often injured.

Guehi is better than all our others except maybe Gvardiol.

You think Pep will bench Dias and start Guehi and Khusanov will be a fringe player at best? I just don’t see that happening. Of course there are plenty of games but he will expect to start week in week out in the premier league and start CL games.

If there’s any truth to this, then I doubt we’ll get Guehi. Stones extending makes it pretty unlikely. We will be rewarding Stones with a new contract, I guess we are not that bothered with him being forever injured.

Trafford doesn’t have the resume Dias has though. You can be better than Dias but he will start because of his „ leadership“ or whatever when he just screams on the field while losing the 10th header against his opponent
