For anyone still out there.

Hi, was wondering if anyone has seen my brother in law (Neil Heywood) after last nights game in Villarreal?

He was last seen in a little bar outside the ground (Ambar bar) but didn’t get on the coach back to Benidorm.

We know he met up with some fellow members of Heyside City Supporters club before the game, but no word since, phone just rings out.

We have contacted the Police and City liaison are still over there and are helping with the search.

If anyone saw him after the game please can you dm me as getting very concerned.

Many thanks

Could see it being a nightmare losing your phone abroad, you get so used to just using Google or apple pay with it you don't bring cash sometimes, makes it worse he's travelled a distance from where he's staying and has to get public transport, definitely plausible to get a bit lost for a few hours especially if you have been on the beers. Hopefully it's that and he turns up safe and well with a story to tell.

Having had my phone stolen twice in Madrid and once somewhere I can’t remember on City trips I can tell you that it’s not easy finding help. Hopefully City liaison and the police will be on the ball and everything will be fine. Good luck and let us all know ‘cos we’re worried too.

He’s going to get the bollocking of his life for not borrowing a phone and ringing.
To be honest mate, most people dont know anyone's number of by heart nowadays, you just tap the name on your phone, hopefully he is safe and well and it is the case he just lost his phone

It's a nightmare. Mate of mine got his phone robbed in Madrid. On it were our 3 train tickets to Alicante. No sympathy or help at Madrid Central which resulted in us missing our train. As a result we missed our flights back home. After buying more train tickets, more flights and an additional nights digs in Alicante cost us over £1k to get back.

Another mate of mine had his wallet stolen on that crazy night on Nevizade Street. As secretary of B&B branch he'd been collecting ticket money from members, so the branch was down about £1500 on the night. Such a good night no fucks were given (until he got back)...

Someone needs to do an edit on the thread title

When we got off the coach in Benidorm a lad realised he’d left his hoodie at the airport with his passport in really hope he got it back. The nearest British consulate is in Madrid fucking hell really hope he found it
