After going out running regularly for over 3 months have lost motivation……..guess I have to just get my kit on and force myself to get out there, not ideal state of mind before a run
It happens to me quite a bit. The thing I remind myself is that I've never regretted going out for a run afterwards.
There's a few things that help some people like putting your kit out the night before, or finding a running buddy or joining a running club.
My motivation is just to stick any planned runs into my phone calendar, and I haven't missed a scheduled one yet.
