Can I take it that due the closedown, none of the government, senate, congress, and various departments are being paid either? I suppose they can handle it for a few months, unlike those frontline workers who are hand to mouth.

He's said he won't call it that.
Doesn't mean that he won't find himself forced into accepting the name!
Also, whether it is built in this presidential term is open to argument. There was a projection yesterday which makes it look bigger than the entire White House.

Even allowing for all the facility areas needed, that's going to be cavernous.
