If we’re not going to be stable in midfield, we need an anomaly in attack. Not something who is so predictable (Savinho down the line then aimlessly crossing into the keeper’s arms, Bobb offering zero, Foden not involved) - essentially get Cherki on.

Yes we all know Pep teams mainly revolve around a 6 I was always worried about us off the ball if we not doing much up top! We don’t have tacklers we have pressers and backing of defenders! We just have to do more with the ball make something happen

Perfectly summed up….Pick the fucking bones out of that. Jesus that was bad. No fight, no press, no second balls won, no desire to go forward and on the few occasions we have got into decent areas we’ve been dogshit.
Bobb surely isn’t a footballer. Foden fucking hiding for 45 minutes, savinho just gives it away and then we have nothing else going forward. Bobbins that.

Got into some very decent positions early on and did nothing with them, then undone by some really poor set piece defending and the standard weak foot worldie from a defender. Haaland has to do better with his chance right after the goal. Hopefully Nico is fit enough to come on.
