He is a diving twat but Bradley did just blatantly slap him in the face to stop him. It wasn’t a loose arm brushing his face whilst shielding the ball as he was nowhere near it, he just reached out and slapped him to stop him going through. This is Liverpool on the front foot, they look comfortable out of possession and they look organised.

This has been a brilliant encounter. Real Madrid are a very good team, they have created a couple of opportunities, but on the whole Liverpool have been outstanding.

Don't like saying it but dippers did well, real madrid have been crap, look very one dimensional. Vinicius has been woeful, acts like he's prime messi and doesn't have to do any defensive work at all, then does fuck all when he does get the ball. Madrid are basically playing with 9 men out of possession.

One thing we've got to do against the dippers is stop their midfielders from having 20-30 yard efforts, that's something we arent very good at preventing and whilst you'd back donnarumma, some efforts just arent saveable. Courtois has kept them in it so far, let's hope they've got another gear second half because the dippers will win if not. Think they should bring on TAA and get Valverde up the pitch to help dominate, he's too good to be filling in at right back.
