Why the fuck did we let them bring a drum in
lol great analogyI agree, they were certainly very noisy. as was the drum, but their reaction to the goal was bizarre it barely registered. It's really just a noisy terrestrial version of synchronised swimming.
I agree with this too. I hate those foreign ultra types. But they stop our own singing sections being heard at all and kill our own atmosphere stone dead pretty quickly as we heard tonight. Nothing spead around tonight at all because of it. A song’s volume depends on its quick spread.Just another collection of choreographed, bouncing dildoes in the away section, producing monotonous chants that imply they were paying no attention to what was happening on the pitch. They'd have been exactly the same had they been 5-0 up.
I actually think there’s been less tourists this season.Usual quantity of champions league tourists near me. There was a family next to me who left at 60 minutes and didn’t react when we scored. Probably rags with free tickets from somewhere.
Agree mate, that goes for away games tooI actually think there’s been less tourists this season.
Certainly in terms of being intimidating and giving visiting fans shit. Not like our tannoy announcer always says, ‘please welcome our visitors *whoever it is on the day* onto the pitch’… no chance mate, they’re Scouse/Cockney/Brummy/Geordie/Rag/German/French cunts and can all get fucked! The south stand still has a place. We should have both the south stand and the north stand (home end) singing. We have more than enough fans
I also think it’s been noticeable that there are fewer tourists and more empty seats where the ticket tout partners haven’t been able to shift tickets to tourists (same rows in NSL0 towards the East Stand every game) this season.I actually think there’s been less tourists this season.
Was thinking the same made, wonder if the club have actually taken steps to limit away fans in the home end, as there were very few tonight or v. Napoli. I guess we’ll find out for sure v. Galatasaray!I actually think there’s been less tourists this season.
2/10 tonight- rubbish
I‘m from Germany, and I don't like the german fan culture. The reason is that it's not related to the game itself. In England, the atmosphere depends on the moment in the game, which I like much more, but of course that's a matter of taste. They're not even watching the game half the time, the bouncing and scarf twirling bears no relation to the game. All a bit weird tbh.
I thought it was wide because the Dortmond fans never skipped a beat and carried on jumping in sync without celebrating. It make look impressive on TV but it’s not for me , too much orchestra.I‘m from Germany, and I don't like german fan culture. The reason is that it's not related to the game itself. I think they didn‘t even celebrate their goal? Singing all time, but don‘t watching the match? I like more emotions, they are better in england, i prefer it.
Monotonous, boring, regurgitated shite. Do they have rehearsals for this choreographed fucking nonsense.German fans are on another lvl for sure.
Just noise… no bearing on what’s happening on the pitch. Like the chorous of Glee. But it's noise and not silence can't critise them for it
So there does seem to be a benefit in not being as good as we once were.Agree mate, that goes for away games too
The Dortmund fans were shit. They didn’t back the team. They just sung to themselves and didn’t watch the match. Pathetic to see.I agree, they were certainly very noisy. as was the drum, but their reaction to the goal was bizarre it barely registered. Agreed. Line dancing. Toe curling and no interest in football. Why the fuck did we let them bring a drum in
Agreed. Fucking Eurovision. The Dortmund fans were shit. They didn’t back the team. They just sung to themselves and didn’t watch the match. Pathetic to see.
