Mis-use...just to use a steriod and do nish wont kill ya but to mis-use cause of the recovery angle means everything is out..the heart is just the fuse. Theyve kicked it from tearing reality, musculture knows reality better than a multi million £ machine. We've never been told about the information highways and dual roles of muscles from being kids, we've grown up with bullworkers, jolly green giants, kong v godzilla...the real answer to health is to stare at a fishing float akin mr foden and concentrate on the diaphragms..not the musculature tension infront of the diaphragms.
The old adverts about having sand kicked in our faces and Mr Atlas having all the solutions with that bullworker :)
 
Females of all ages and colours around the globe without conferring, will...on seeing a new born, open their palm and place it over the belly button and do three or four circles accompanied by coo-ing noises. It's primeval..its mimmicking the diaphragms and telling the new born that everything is cool and safe its not gotta fight godzilla at weekend.

The recovery rate was eye opening.

Unfortunately your nervous system doesnt care what you think...it books a 6pac & fat to be armouring.

Females are mad for the 6 pacs now, the one area of their bodies that should be flexible they want to compress and constrict...heard a stat recently didnt catch where from geographically but the narrator said close to 30% of young females had sought some kinda mental councelling...the hors d'oeuvres clearly dont care about instagram.
 


Joy can cure a lot of illnesses in our core, see how jacob mentions George swaying his body to greet him (sway/rockin chair/hula hoop) even the sight of a sway is enough to fire joy...joy takes away the darkness.
 
To be fair, professional bodybuilders have a six pack and they tend to die earlier than most. Admittedly, a lot of that might be down to steroid abuse though.me

I do two 24 hour fasts a week. Monday and Fridays.
That's brilliant. Tbf I'm always amazed at your self discipline.
The two runs a day for a year etc.
I studied Fasting deeply about 15 years ago when a good mate of mine died from Cancer
Spent most of my life reading so self study wasn't a problem
My study taught me a lot.opened my eyes.touch wood ,if I ever get really ill,which I haven't for ages,I'll know what to do.

Not so much the heart attack angle, but just how so much of the fitness advice for men online comes purely from a bodybuilding perspective and often neglects other aspects.

If youve got impacted r/o/m..and youre and ignoring it..your nervous system knows your full of shit...if youre really thick it will tear a pec for ya to give you a clue. Its sort of how the body works bum bum..

Mobility is way more important than muscle mass as you get older.

A visit to a nutritionist helped me to realise that in later life the muscle percentage of the body weight reduces significantly.
I now add a daily 30g of protein powder together with a small amount of creatine to my daily diet which over a single month has redressed the muscle percentage.
My weight is the same but my strength and grip have improved enormously.

Interesting to read that. How do you measure your own muscle percentage, do you just mean judging it by how strong you ‘feel’ and your grip etc?
