1. It’s not on Sty, so they aren’t going to give it any more attention than necessary.
2. They want to promote what’s on their channels.

Sky pretend the champions league doesnt exist when its on TnT and they've got a national league game. They give top billing to whatever they are showing, as entirely expected.

100% correct on both posts. They'll want to lure viewers away from the opposition. More viewers, more potential advertising revenue. It ain't rocket science. The FA Cup gets scant coverage on the Sky website in the early rounds.
