He did yes but you are wrong to say it shouldn't be a pen because of it. If he snapped his leg with a two footed lunge in the same scenario but he got his shot away are you saying no pen?

As I said initially, it’s a weird one as it should be a foul, but it can’t be given as he’d gave to give a penalty. Anywhere else in the pitch it’s a foul. The fact the shot gets away first though stops the penalty being allowed to be given.
