What do you mean so? Foden had shot, then the player catches him, it didnt affect foden getting his shot away we would be pissed off if that got given at the other end
I generally agree with this, and it's one thing referees are pretty consistent with. I feel though that Foden had to rush his shot so much (toe-poke) that it genuinely affects him
 
you don't usually see penalties given when players get clattered after the shot is gotten away so ive no problem not overturning the on field decision for fodens

the handball is a close one - again i think they stay with in field decision either way. plus city didn't really appeal looks like everyone missed it.

you cant have it both ways - we got the close one our way against liverpool for robertson not overturned in our favour
 
If Foden had been on the halfway line and already passed the ball surely you would expect a foul to be given ?

What's the difference?
Like i said its an opinion, I think the handball was a penalty, and as already said if that was at the other end would we happy if a penalty was given
