Some people need to engage their brain before opening their mouth mate.We didn’t make it to April last season.

That high?About level with kalvin phillips is my estimate
Fair enough but Marmoush looked the part before we signed him and alright in a few (home) games last seasonI am afraid so, neither look cut out for it. Both 27 not going to get any better, bad signings.
Above Phillips…………maybe Nolito…….that’s it. I need the gif of tobey mature in Spider-Man where he sees the guy in the 26 jersey and thinks it’s Mahrez, then puts the glasses on and unfortunately it’s this fucking guyWhere does Savinho rank out of city players in the Pep era?
Completely unnecessary given that half of the benched players hardly played during the intl break. Only Haaland, Doku, Gvardiol, Silva and Dias needed rest but not against a team at home before playing Leeds at home. But here's the thing. Players need a rest, I get that. Rotation is necessary, I get that. I would, at a pinch, have been absolutely ok (well, not thrilled, but ok) with Pep doing this for the next round of the League Cup. But Jesus, you don't change an entire fucking team in the CL when you're seriously aiming for automatic qualification by getting into the top eight. And the argument that “players need minutes” is an even worse one. There are no try-out games in the CL.
No. Really, really stupid, this one. And I recognise that we would not have necessarily won if we'd started with the line-up we finished with (which would still have given four or five players a rest, by the way) — but we sure as hell would have put more pressure on Leverkusen than that holiday for them that the first half represented.
Frustration, JC, frustration.I see the measured tones of the Match Thread are continuing on here.
You’ve got to admire his consistency levels of being seriously shit every time he puts the shirt on
Apart from Pep fcking off?lol.
Only player I’ve seen tackle himself and still not come away with the ball. You’ve got to admire his consistency levels of being seriously shit every time he puts the shirt on
blame Pep all you like but those players aint good enoughAbsolutely shite from all involved, no more so than Pep
Maybe it’s just a learning curve for the club after so much success? Either way a new mindset is needed to rise again.Said the same in the match thread. Remember when pep dropped sterling for missing a sitter at burnley? Those were standards. That was even with sterling scoring double figures every seaosn.
Now savinho can fanny around losing the ball and whinging and gets to play 90 mins. Oh and 1 goal in 40 games.
Haarland and Doku have started most games for club and country so maybe a bit leggier than some-Marmoush Ait Nouri andothers are coming back from injuries and need to get up to speed;not being one to argue with the best manager but cant the two be better managed than tonights bag of shiteNotice how leggy Haaland, Foden and Doku are suddenly looking too ? The zip in their play has disappeared.
