It's time to ban drums from the Etihad

No its time for us to actually come up with a way of creating some form of atmosphere that competes with it , had Hamburg brought a drum all those years ago would we have heard it?, no because back then we actually made some noise , current fan base are incapable of making an atmosphere and constantly look to blame other things as to why , split tiers, acoustics and now its the drums fault , need to look internally for the solution.
Yes we would have heard it
Its highly likely that if Hamburg fans had a drum then its would have been more difficult for City fans The constant banging disrupts any chance of getting the atmosphere going

Had to stand in the cold for 25 minutes waiting to be searched, barely got on for kick off and the away fans can do just as they like, cannot sell unused kids tickets to fellow blues, the hassle is just not worth the cost and expense anymore, just not enjoyable

Asking to take hats and unzip coats whislt letting them arses take a drum in is a pisstake

They only allow one drum, that is the compromise.
Compromise from the “No drums” rule is one drum? It’s not like you need TWO drums for a small away end, but then logic and the application of common sense is not a strong suit with some officious cunts!

The club are always looking to go that extra mile to make the match day experience special. Drums, trumpets, symbols are all great additions but they need to take things to the next level. Issue every kid who enters the stadium a vuvuzela, bingo! What an atmosphere.

Imagine the joy of listening to a noise that’s louder than a chainsaw for two hours!
Come on City, you know it makes sense.

Even without a drum the Ultras would outsing us on the evidence of last night's pathetic home support.

Our CL crowds are not the same as our PL crowds. If the club banned drums again, like they did previously, it wouldn't make a difference to our non existent support on a CL night.
The atmosphere was good against Napoli and Dortmund. Better than most PL matches. Last night the team gave us nothing at all.

It's part of European football culture and at least they make some noise and get behind the team. The alternative is away fans chanting about libraries and asking where we were in 1998, whilst the home 'fans' give them a reason to sing about libraries.
The atmosphere generated by German fans was better without drums.
