I would not be at all surprised if at least 50% of the team that started on Tues start this , Pep cant play them all once and then write them off if he wants to use them in the squad going forward. Plus he hates being seen to be wrong he will be desperate for Lewis, Savinho , Bobb to win us a game .

I'd be surprised if any of them start this game and i sincerely hope that's the case. They were all shite.

Yes i would as he badly got egg on his face on Tuesday. Equally though as you say no. For some reason he seems to have a blind spot especially regarding Savhino and Bobb who has been disappointing since his return from injury.

I don’t think he was talking about lack of effort, more a case of not trying anything and taking the safe option every time.

I think Bobb and Khusanov will be back in the stands for sure.

That's the way I understood it as well. From the highlights there was a moment at nil nil where savinho was about 5 yards outside the box with space in front but didn't want to attack it. Really strange...he chose a sideways pass so that suggests to me he is lacking in confidence. Could the crowd try to gee him up with a confidence boosting song? He definately has the ability but for one reason or another is not showing it in game moments.

no they have been decent....Nunes has come on well and NOR is one of our best players.....BUT the fact that NOR is keeping uot the guy we paid for says it all about our recruitment.

Yes I also further upfield is no better as well....Sav is awful and we should have let him go....

At his best he's a very good CB but with all the mistakes he's making at the moment, I'd rather him be on the left.

Also he was really good at LB. We were joking about winger Gvardiol etc. but he was getting up and down almost as effectively as Nico, and if Nico did go into midfield, I'd rather the backline was Gvardiol-Dias-Stones-Nunes than have Ait-Nouri in there.

I think you could make an argument that even if Nico is individually beter than Gvardiol, the team would be better with Nico in midfield and Gvardiol at LB.

Assuming Nico is as effective as a box to box midfielder as he is as a box to box LB, which I think he will be.

Don't think this is the game for it though, our midfield may be soft and slow but we are in serious trouble if the Liverpool lineup can't beat them at home.

Toughest one was choosing Ait Nouri insgtead of O'Reilly, I think Ait Nouri is better at overlapping and creating chances.
