Dias ain't a leader, Gvardiol, Nunes are error prone and give the ball away under no pressure and O'Reilly is a kid.

Completely avoidable though.

Instead of carrying a counter attack, Nunes gets his touch wrong and it results in the ball finding its way out to Wilson.

These errors needs to eradicated if City want to climb the mountain again. Good performance so far. But City always look like they can be got at it if you attack them with conviction. Wilson has caused a few problems.

Doku san come into the ten position when we attack, fine, but he can't do it in front of our own box. Apart from the assist for the hold, it's not been his day.
Apart from the back four, none of them will compete for a ball, even on a 70/30. It's so frustrating.
As for Rhindeers on their goal, the least said the better. Fortunately he seems to be getting his shit together.

My thoughts exactly - we are gifting them too much space and this could easily have been 2-4 if chances were all taken. I hope Pep doesn't delay making changes - I would bring on Cherki for Bernie and Kusanov for either Nunes or Josko to add some steel to the defensive challenges. Not one defender is winning challenges consistently.

If you’re not delighted with that first half and being 3-1 up away from home against a decent Fulham then I don’t when you will be.

Good game. Could be 2-4 and 1-3 probably flatters us. They haven’t had a midweek game in over a month so look very fit and full of running, which might become a factor. Guardiola might just have to be proactive and go to the bench first, but it’s not a game for any lightweights.
