Transferring a ticket

They need to have a paid membership or be one of your 3 nominated non members. Or be a ST holder not on the cup scheme and not already assigned a ticket to their supporter number.

Whether they are strongly linked or not is irrelevant I’m afraid.
He is one of the nominated non members without a ticket. Looks like i'll be downloading my wife's ticket to my phone
 
So, a friend (who added me on the City app) used my supporter number to get a ticket for tomorrow with their mates.

That ticket was relocated for the 3rd tier 1894 Singing section (which I forgot that I had asked for).

I removed it from my phone. Cannot find the link to download or send on. Only one I have is my seasoncard seat which wasn't relocated. What a mess. Summat to sort out an hour before kick off. Work first.

You cannot transfer to a ST holder as they already have a ticket. You can only transfer to someone with a paid membership (unless they are one of your nominated non members).

Logout- Allow your daughter to login under your details - download to phone - log out

If someone has a standard pass and they want to buy a ticket for friends and family you get the error:

This person has been assigned too many tickets

Is that only because that person doesn't have pass?

Same thing happened to me for the Leeds game, he was on my 3 non-members list. I was on holiday and he ended up contacting the Club himself. They then send him an email and he got the ticket on his phone. Why didn’t it happen automatically is a mystery but the Club have a lot to answer for over this abortion of a system.

Are they on the friends and family list?
Yes, I think I've sussed it by looking at the junior, standard (£35) and "lite" (£25) memberships page

All 3 are ticked for "transfer a ticket" so it looks like you need one of those memberships to be transferred a ticket.

It says that its new for 25/26.

Ridiculously, you cannot transfer tickets to existing ST holders.
 
If you buy for Sunderland today they don't go on the account but are emailed again so anyone can use them.

That is if you are a ST older anyway got an adult for £35 and U18 for £15 for tomorrow.
 
I’m fucking thick how can I transfer a ticket I’ve bought,to my son do I need to add him to that family and friends list,my tickets normally go straight to my mobile pass in my wallet so I’m worried the same will happen with this or when we get closer to day of match can I transfer it to him ..
