The Labour Government

Went to the pub on my daily dog walk today haven’t been in for a few months talking to the land lady she says business has really dropped off, first thing she blamed it on was the budget and the boats. Everytime I talk to anyone about how shit things are at the moment the first thing they say is the boats. Whoever is pushing this narrative they are winning, the normal parties need to shape up or the frog eyed fucker could get into some sort of power.

I don't know the pub you go to but the one I attend charges £4.95 for a can of 0 Guinness which I can buy for £1.30 in a Supermarket and drink in the comfort of my home. Plus I don't have to put with stinking urinals, kids being fed on burgers and chips and at this time of year tatty decorations. I only go to watch the odd football game and would not dream of taking my wife in there. The Pub trade has been dying on its feet for years and its customer base now in most instances seems to be the hardened drinkers. The fact that in my case they have bouncers on the door at night hardly promotes an image of a relaxed social evening

It was £4 for a pint but usually I drink Guinness zero same price as yours it’s ridiculous but their business rates etc are stupidly expensive. It cost £16-1800 a month just for sky sports then they have to have tnt and now prime, but if they didn’t get them they’d lose loads of business. Their gas and electric bills are massive plus everytime they put up minimum wage costs have to increase. Food prices have increased and now it’s maybe bi-monthly we go out to eat whereas it used to be bi-weekly

It's odd that Spoons are faced with the same issues, none of their pubs in my area are have TVs, yet they are thriving and are rammed from 10.30 serving coffee and breakfasts

No I haven't. My job was safety critical, and if your business ever required anything imported/exported or staff to fly on business to earn revenue then without the likes of my organisation they couldn't have done so. Did I/we ever generate a revenue, not directly, no, but when our system fails the cost is around £20m per hour to the economy.

Why not? Are you suggesting all cleaners are thick or that the machinery is so complicated it's impossible to train certain people on? Who trained the machine operators in the first place?

We aren't talking about training people. Remove the welder from a business that welds things then you have no business. You can teach the cleaner to weld, that is true but how long can that business survive generatino no revenue while you train them

Spoons buy end of line beer that needs to be shifted quickly hence the low price, their food is generic and cheap. Large nationwide chains better buying power. I’ve often said if pubs halved their prices footfall would quadruple and then the knock on would be more money spent on food etc.

Trade in any business based on going out for a drink has dropped off all over Europe. "Irish pubs" are opening all over the world but pubs in Ireland are closing.

We can accommodate more people without damaging the environment urban regeneration even fields don’t add much to the environment ( very intensively farmed)

And if places have more bad people it is down to the place / government not the people poverty creates violence and crime which creates violence and crime. So when people come to somewhere with less crime less poverty less violence surely they become less criminal etc The alternative is surely genetics which would be white supremacy or at least supremacy of sorts. I don’t remember you picking a race or religion so I don’t remember you mentioning Russians, but I am fairly certain you didn’t but apologies if you did but Let’s be honest when people talk about checks on people coming to the UK depending on where they are coming from they don’t mean Americans or Russians despite high incarceration / crime rates, Italians despite still having a mafia, or Greeks or Eastern Europeans who probably don’t pay tax or Israelis who are conscripted into an army that’s committing war crimes and genocide and where a significant number hate Muslims. Let’s be honest it’s predominately about race and more specifically religion and specifically a specific religion.

Now, as you’ve been so vociferous with your knowledge on this, can you please confirm the regulatory stance from the MoD? And, BTW, I will tell you that you are talking absolute bollox from the start.

Only entitled personnel get railcards, and that’s very few. As for travel warrants, Service Personnel only get them for Duty Travel, where they are on Duty.

Or, have I been Clarkied?
