The PL is doing us no favours at all. It’s getting slower and slower all the time. All teams do is waste time, sit down on the floor pretending to be injured and play for set pieces which they take about a minute to take.

When you come up against Madrid (and Fulham last week to be fair to them) playing like this tonight, it’s a surprise because we forget that football isn’t just 22 blokes stood still on some grass doing nowt.
