omg that voice click.....................................Nah, i think i'll stick with tnt. I thought their comm's were pretty good
He'd be booked in the warm up and sent off in the first five minutes.Makes me laugh the hatred for Rudiger on here I wish we had a player like that
Oddly enough im more involved in the footy than what commentators bang on about so they barely register.omg that voice click.....................................
I was surprised we weren’t in for him when he left Chelsea on a free transfer.Makes me laugh the hatred for Rudiger on here I wish we had a player like that
It was the inconsistency in using his cards. I thought Foden's was probably deserved as there was no attempt to play the ball and it exceeded the 'careless' criterion. But there were a number of similar tackles by Madrid players that merited cards that weren't given. Even the commentators were surprised by his reluctance to get his card out for some of the Madrid fouls. What did the Referee do wrong?
Rudiger second yellow maybe but what else, he could have ignored our penalty and looked at 2 incidents in our first goal.
I've read this four times this season, at least. Well done to him.
Our old teams? 2 goals up after 90 minutes and getting knocked out?Hmmmmm
I’ll take 1-2 any day.
But it wasn’t a quality game.
Madrid were awful. We were just ok. Our old teams would have won that by 4 or 5.
Letter of the law and Rudiger should have been off for the penalty! It was the inconsistency in using his cards. There were at least two by Rudiger that should have been yellow, including an off-the-ball incident involving Cherie, and other players committing multiple fouls that weren't carded. There was a tackle on Doku late on that was at least as bad as Foden's that wasn't carded yet O'Reilly was booked for something relatively innocuous. That's what the bent **** did wrong and if you couldn't see it then I'd recommend a trip to your nearest Specsavers.
Yes and there was another incident in the second half where Cherki made a fool of him and after Cherki had played the ball, Rudiger deliberately barged into him. I'll be charitable and assume the ref didn't see it, but it was a clear yellow.Letter of the law and Rudiger should have been off for the penalty!
I meant that UTD woman's voice ..hence the ...............................click. :)Oddly enough im more involved in the footy than what commentators bang on about so they barely register.
There's also a 'sound settings' option on my telly (probably on yours too) that lets me tone down the vocals and bring up the crowd noise which is pretty useful. As long as its not a scouse accent i can live with it.
Can’t believe Bernado didn’t get a yellow for his late tackle on Cherki…Yes and there was another incident in the second half where Cherki made a fool of him and after Cherki had played the ball, Rudiger deliberately barged into him. He was terrible in the prem and a pen, mistake or red waiting to happen. He's found a league for his pace and speed of thought.Makes me laugh the hatred for Rudiger on here I wish we had a player like that
The letter AND spirit of the law. The ball was on a plate for Haaland. An almost certain goal, never mind a goal scoring opportunity.Letter of the law and Rudiger should have been off for the penalty!
Because his bonus had gone up in smoke…A good win considering we were against 12.
That ref was a mega mega thundercunt. I’d be asking serious questions if I was City management! He looked gutted at the final whistle!
Buzzing to see us dig deep and look comfortable in a stadium like that. Defence stood tall and looked really solid.
Doku and Nunes immense.
Yeah all fine, if that's what I actually did, which I very clearly didn't. So when Pep decided against starting Rodri or Fernandinho in our first CL final, there were thousands upon thousands of comments lamenting that decision, don't think I've ever seen anybody offer anything resembling a defence of that catastrophic decision, in your mind, does pretty much every single city fan think they know more about football than Pep? We can't win a game of football without doing everything perfectly? You can critique all you like but I reserve the right to mock some random sat on a sofa who thinks he knows more about football than Pep Guardiola. Oh and we won so I'd say he set us up perfectly.
