4 | Tijjani Reijnders - 2025/26

Nico G really starting to look the part now. Lets give Tijjani some more time, I still think he could be a great player

I really hope he comes good.

Right now it's looking like the current standard of Serie A has flattered him. It's also slightly alarming that his only really good performance for us since the season starter was against a Wolves, a team that are going to go down as one of the worst Premier League teams of all time at this rate.

Let's see. I do think there's potentially a player in there still but we are not seeing much at the moment. Mostly the games just pass him by or he doesn't show much when he is on the ball.

Pep clearly rates him. He must be showing something in training. We know Pep will freeze someone out if he really feels they can't cut it, like Phillips.

If Pep is seeing some quality then let's give him a bit of time and see how it goes.

This is the sort of game where if we would have lost, he’d be getting pelters - he wasn’t good. Weak and made the wrong decision a few times. But we won so hopefully he can get his arse in gear

For him to come good, he would actually have to get involved. He just floats around the pitch doing fuck all. An absolute chancer.

Shocked at how poor he is. Completely anonymous and maybe pound for pound the weakest member of the squad.

Absolute nightmare today. A disgrace of a performance
I think you’ve gone a bit too far there. He wasn’t great and he looks a bit to weak on the ball sometimes, but he showed some nice touches and nearly scored.

But I do want to see more from him.

I'd love him to come good - unfortunately at 27 I'm not sure he'll make the required adjustments to PL football.
Game over here just appears too quick and physical for the lad
BUT the jury had rested their case with Nunes and now look at him.
I'll support anyone lucky enough to pull on that shirt

Yea people said the same about nunes.. I wouldn’t throw him under the bus just yet
I also said the same about Kalvin Phillips before we bought him. Sometimes I’m right, sometimes I am wrong. When Casper does something similar and turns into a top class goalkeeper or CB, feel free to come back on here and give it me with both barrels.
