No I’m sure he wasn’t when you look at the footage. The BBC coverage, for once, got it right.I thought so at first, but Nico O might have been playing him on on the far side

Most centre forwards don’t touch the ball as much as other players. In fact in the old days they didn’t even tackle back. Haaland won the ball which led to Foden’s goal as well.Yes he did but the point we are all making is no other player has his touches added up as the game progresses and used as a way to attack him.
Match of the day have just shown Haaland heading it home and the commentator then said he'd had a quiet game !

That cnut would of been happy with 9 Goals a seasonI think Murray said he'd be pretty happy if that was him!
It's perfectly possible to be outraged by both the genocide/quasi-genocidal war crimes in Palestine and the outrageous attacks perpetrated upon the Jewish community.
Condemnation of one of these inhumane activities is not a tacit insult to the victims of the other(s). Neither is it support of either side's inhumanity.
I appreciate that this is a subject close to your heart, if not your entire identity. I've been there, when the Irish community were the pariahs, I was quick to anger and condemnation of everything I felt/ feared was a threat to my people. Now, with the benefit of hindsight, it's possible for me to see the wood from the trees
You're possibly going to accuse me of patronising you but, even so, I would very respectfully urge you to try to refocus. There's far too much polarisation of opinion in the world right now. Your post further contributes to that phenomenon.
Please keep the politicking to the relevant forum.

I wish I could like this a 1000 times. well said! And you’re welcome to your opinion, just as Pep is. As far as I’m aware he wasn’t at work or in the dug out when he said what he said.
Also calling out genocide and the killing of tens of thousands of children isn’t fucking politics. It’s humanity.

Just like City, everything Phil does comes with a caveat. Whilst sweeping up all the trophies, stats were interrogated to show why Foden wasn’t really all that & now in top form, 3rd on the prem top scoring charts & with 10 goals in 20 games this season he’s still not fucking good enough.
Did Sly even show the lines? I don't recall seeing them. Just a single replay and not even the full width of the pitch.View attachment 177629
This from MOTD is actually doing my head in - this line is absolutely not even close to being parallel to the lines on the pitch. it's blatantly off! I am baffled that they showed this on air!
Sky just dumbed our performance down for 90 mins and stuck with the “what if” scriptDid Sly even show the lines? I don't recall seeing them. Just a single replay and not even the full width of the pitch.
All very shady.
"Pep says Foden is shit!
In a scathing attack on one of England's greatest players. Guardiola vented his displeasure at the Stockport born city fan in his post match press conference. Despite scoring a worldie for the 'rain men' his performance wasn't good enough for the Catalan coach..."

But in fairness never over analysed any decisions but did play more repeats of Palace misses than they did of our goals ffs lol

If he scores two every time he has a quiet game he'll do for me.Yes he did but the point we are all making is no other player has his touches added up as the game progresses and used as a way to attack him.
