They’ll put up a very good defensive performance I’d expect! We know there manager thrives on playing teams like us and we know players come to ours and concentrate try as hard as possible for 99mins

Could be a good day for us blues today
But first things first, let’s get our own job done today and not get complacent and think this is a walk in the park,

Then hopefully we can put some pressure on Arsenal, knowing that they will need to win at Everton (which is a tricky away game) to be in the number 1 spot for Christmas

Although we all know
If it’s City the media will tell us how meaningless it is, and point out all the teams who didn’t win the league when top of the league at Christmas

And if Arsenal are top, how the rest of the league should just give up because whoever is top at Christmas is 100% winning the league, idiots :)

P.S
If Carlsberg did Christmas and all that
My Christmas wish is

Everton 1 Arsenal 1 and in the last seconds of the game, Grealish bangs in the winning goal
He then makes a beeline for the Arsenal bench continually pointing at that little prick Lewis-Skelly (who now seems to be a bench warmer)
When he gets to the Arsenal bench he plants his arse on the grass in front of the Arsenal bench and does the Haarland meditation celebration :))))

Please please please Santa that’s all I want for Christmas
Happy Blues day to us and Everton fans

Getting a draw is a little harder at the Etihad than it is at the swamp though.
Whilst that's generally true, a team only has to fashion ONE chance to snatch a draw against the run of play though, no matter how poor they are ...... either that or they pack their goalmouth with players and just hope they get lucky.

We need a professional showing today, a display that shows West Ham a bit of respect, whilst at the same time puts them enough pressure to make them think they aren't gonna last the 90 minutes ..... we need to keep our winning form running to keep the heat turned up on Arsenal ... whatever it takes!

0-0 is a drawn game.

Rijners a physical presence?

He is big I will grant you that, but he is a pussy.

He worked hard in the win at Palace, and he took his goal at Fulham superbly, but he hasn't generally been showing enough presence, or having enough impact in games ....... I'm hoping he's a better and more consistent player than what he's currently showing, but unless he gets enough games to prove it, we're never gonna really know.

Absolutely buzzing for this today, down for the game with the young lad.

Train into town, bite to eat, walk out to the ground, watch the early ko at Co-Op Live, then hopefully watch the boys in blue march to the top of the league!

Can’t wait to see Cherki in the flesh, he is just different to anyone else around just now.

I’ve a feeling Pep might slip Sav into the front 4 today as he’s showing signs of form and some confidence.

3 points for Xmas blue boys!!

Another goal is what Sav needs. Confidence.

There’s defo a player in there he just needs to stop shitting himself during decision making and finishing.

W Ham aren't great but under Nuno they can cause problems. He had good games against Pep in the past (both at Wolves and Forest).

3:1 City.

Weirdly, I couldn't be arsed about being top at Christmas. If Arsenal are there, they'll be singing it from the rooftops, but secretly shitting themselves as the tables are slowly turning on them as City rise and they stagnate, then fall away.

Hope we continue our good form; be clinical, and put the hammers to the sword today. A few goals from Phil and the Viking; a few gems from Cherki; no injuries - that's all I want for Christmas.
