It's a yellow all day long; no force, no intent, it's almost on the borderline of careless (no card) but it absolutely falls into reckless due to the injury/possibility of injury. Van Dyke's prolonged reaction and appeals to the ref (AND obviously the team he plays for) got Symonds the red yesterday.

Yellow card all day long, we probably wouldn't even be awarded the free-kick (unless the opposition score and VAR are FORCED to look at it)
But, but, "the letter of the law", "the letter of the law"! Forget common sense ..... "the letter of the law". Some seem happy to simply accept how the "custodians" are ruining a once great game and encouraging cheating, over-reacting wankers (VVD).

The "letter of the law" is used selectively, depending on the team involved.

And it doesn’t take a genius to know which teams we are talking about.

Not a foul on Romero for the first goal? Looks like two hands in the back and a push.
That and VVD avoiding a red for the same challenge that the Spurs player got sent off for is already buried by the red cartel media. If it was us there would be a comparison on both challenges on a loop with why is one a red and the other not, and the goal would have been ruled out. As close to a 12th and 13th man you can get yesterday with Brooks and Attwell in charge

They have a lot of ways games coming up if they win them all and us and Arsenal slip up they’ll be talk of them back in it! There is still a lot of games to go..

He’s always out for longer than he’s anticipated to be for as well. Anytime he was out injured focus, it was always much later when he came back.
He also never had an injury free season for us.

His behaviour in the summer was treacherous. If he hadn't been going to the scouse bastards ALL media would have hammered him, and the poaching club concerned.

Its an amazing coincidence that the letter of the law is employed when it suits the cartel clubs

Injury to Isak has solved a problem for Slot.

Can take the British Transfer Record out of the team now, and not have to make any excuses, so the better player Ekitike can play up top.
