Whoops, wrong Brazilian striker named Igor-my mistake.

And I disagree. Cherki was much more stuck to the right wing/right half space in the last few games, while Phil was primarily on the opposite side.
 
Big game this, seeing highlights of last season has made me nervous.

Different team though, play the way we have been and we should be fine.
 
Early kick offs always make me nervous!

I think this has the potential to be a tricky game.

Stay solid, don't give them a sniff first 20, put the crowd to sleep, and take a forgettable 1-0 win!
 
Decent team, that. Great to see "Plodri" back on the bench. Hopefully, we won't need to bring him on too early. Maybe 10 - 15 minutes at the end, when we're 5 up! Also great to see some of the academy lads on the bench (5, if you include Trafford).

Forest's defense can certainly be gotten at, but their attack is also capable. Hutchinson and Adoi are quick players, and Jesus is second in goals so far. Gibbs White is also fairly good.

1. Phil is only nominally on the lwft Wing. He mostly plays in thd middle. Similar to Cherki. Who also drifts inside a lot from the right. O'Reilly really is the Left sided player. He just does it from left back

2. I suppose one could argue Cherki was already getting the short end of one stick by playing on the right. i agree with you about Phil though, i dont like the idea of moving him off the middle. But its the only way accommodate Reindjers and get our current best 11 on the field

I thought Lewis would come on and do a job last week, and I was right, he played well. I think this is another game where an appearance off the bench on 70 mins will suit him well again…

Yes the half space with Foden in particular dropping deeper moving central, much 8 and a 10 than 2 wingers, though Cherki did stay wider against West Ham.
