Knowing how Arsenal players operate—especially with Gabriel back—you can expect them to be extremely motivated and overly aggressive with the intention to injure him, given the fact he’s headed our way. This move has serious potential to disrupt their season and damage their chances of winning this highly coveted trophy.

We’ve already seen Rodri sidelined because of them, and Khusanov got targeted and injured when we played them, once they saw our defence was looking solid against them. It would make sense to get the deal as advanced as possible and organise a medical for immediately after the Bournemouth - Arsenal game. To force a deal through, we'd probably have to pay all the fee up front and we may not want to do that. There are pluses and minuses to each route. For example, he is the best hope Bournemouth have of taking points from Arsenal.
