Falcons are brilliant on primetime
The Steelers are the only team this season to fail to score a touchdown against the Browns. That was so petty by the Steelers. Mike Tomlin is petty though.
I honestly think they wanted to lose. Imagine throwing to MVS against Denzel Ward on three consecutive occasions when only 6 yards out. Yes, they did not have DK but they would have had at least one TE against a Browns LB or safety (the best LB could hardly move and Bush is poor at defending the pass). It's almost as if they wanted to put Cleveland out of reach from drafting a QB.

Who?That fucker is going to win out with meaningless games and get to come back next season isn't he?
Raheem Morris, I want him fired out of a cannon into the sunWho?
Hahaha, I feel the same way about Zac Taylor. Just hope that he didn’t sign a secret contract with the club like ZT did. Your roster is far too talented to be where ye are.Raheem Morris, I want him fired out of a cannon into the sun
Blank is far too sentimental sadly, can only imagine that's what gave Morris the job in the first place especially when you see the talented coaches doing well that were interviewed and available last off season.Hahaha, I feel the same way about Zac Taylor. I reckon both teams lose the first game because the South is an embarrassment sadlyIn for a right treat today. Starting off at 9:30 with a winner goes home Panthers vs Buccaneers (come on Carolina). Then if anyone is up for a late one, at 1 it’s Seattle vs the 49ers. Winner takes the NFC’s one seed.
Normally I'd agree, I genuinely think it's the most underrated rivalry in the league driven by pure hatred of the other. That’s an NFC south game - Saints vs Falcons will be a good watch tomorrow
Follow up on this - that was as raggy as a game gets. Terrible refereeing with the Dowdle backwards pass (made them kick a missed fg), Carolina’s TE Tremble got his helmet ripped off when he was blocking, no penalty. Next play, McMillan OPI call on 3rd&2 (killed the drive, forced a punt), and then the DPI call against Carolina when Cade Otton tripped himself up. Rags will be rags, I guess. That’s an NFC south game - Saints vs Falcons will be a good watch tomorrow
Praise the LordRaheem Morris, I want him fired out of a cannon into the sun
Aren’t you lucky you got to get rid of both your GM and Manager. Us bengals are stuck with Duke Tobin and Zac Taylor still sadly.Praise the Lord
There is no relegation so once a team cannot win anything or it is guaranteed playoffs they seem to rest players with impunity, whereas if Arsenal played a reserve team last game against say West Ham it could have serious consequencesIt's funny the difference in attitude between the NFL and football with teams resting players for games they're not arsed about winning but have huge consequences for other teams.
I've never even heard anybody question it. Just imagine if a team over here had to win a game for the title and the opponents fielded a complete reserve side? They'd be riots in the streets and questions asked in The House.
Not saying we're right and they're wrong. Just noting the difference in attitude.
